Preheat oven to 400°. Bring butter and 1 cup water to a boil.
Remove from heat and place in mixing bowl. Add flour.
Add eggs, beating after each.
Pour mixture into a baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and lightly press down.
Mix vanilla pudding packages and 2 3/4 cups milk.
Add an 8 ounce package of cream cheese that has been mixed with 1/4 cup milk.
Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
Spread whipped topping over the pudding.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Chill and serve, store leftovers in the refrigerator.
