Twirley Ramen Latkes (Pancakes)

These incredible twirly ramen latkes are a delicious dish that everyone will love. You’ll forget how easy and inexpensive they are with every phenomenal bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz. pkg. chicken-flavored ramen noodles
  • 1/4 C. onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 t. black pepper
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. olive oil

Instructions

  • Break up 1 (3 oz.) pkg chicken-flavored ramen noodles.
  • Boil in water until cooked.
  • Chop 1/4 cup onion.
  • Beat 1 egg.
  • Pour the boiled ramen into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the chopped onion to ramen.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1 tablespoon flour.
  • Add beaten egg.
  • Add seasoning packet.
  • Stir together.
  • On a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Heat until melted.
  • Place ramen in clusters on the skillet.
  • Cook on one side for a few minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip and repeat.
  • When both sides are golden brown, remove from heat. If desired, add toppings such as sour cream or onions.
