Break up 1 (3 oz.) pkg chicken-flavored ramen noodles.
Boil in water until cooked.
Chop 1/4 cup onion.
Beat 1 egg.
Pour the boiled ramen into a mixing bowl.
Add the chopped onion to ramen.
Add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1 tablespoon flour.
Add beaten egg.
Add seasoning packet.
Stir together.
On a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Heat until melted.
Place ramen in clusters on the skillet.
Cook on one side for a few minutes until golden brown.
Flip and repeat.
When both sides are golden brown, remove from heat. If desired, add toppings such as sour cream or onions.
