Feta and Tomato Pasta Salad
Bring out the flavor of your scrumptious garden-fresh tomatoes with this to-die-for pasta salad. All of your friends and family members will love it!
- 1 16 oz. pkg. spiral pasta
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 6 oz. pkg. feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ c. balsamic vinegar
- ¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. chopped fresh tomato
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked but still firm.
Dice tomatoes into small chunks along with the onions.
Drain and rinse pasta under cold water. In a large bowl, toss pasta with chopped green onions, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and chopped tomato. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
