- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee
- Dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add the chocolate to a large saucepan and place the saucepan on the stove over low heat.
Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, heavy cream, and dash of salt.
Add 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee.
Stir ingredients thoroughly until sauce is creamy and smooth.
Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
