Tuscan Bread Salad

Try this healthy, delicious Tuscan Salad along with your next meal. It’s a vibrant mixture of tasty vegetables topped with a delectable homemade dressing that your friends and family will love!

Ingredients

  • 10 ripe plum tomatoes cut into 1″ chunks
  • 2 cucumbers peeled and cut into 1″ chunks
  • 1/2 red or white onion cut into 1/2″ chunks
  • 1 5 ounce package seasoned croutons
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine vegetables and seasoned croutons.
  • Toss.
  • In a small mixing bowl, place 1/2 cup olive oil.
  • Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix.
  • Pour dressing over salad. Toss.
  • Serve salad immediately. Enjoy!
