- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 3 1.55 oz milk chocolate bars
- 1 cup mini-marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- mini-chocolate chips
Beati butter and sugar together in a mixer. Add egg and vanilla.
Add the flour, graham crackers, and baking soda, continue beating.
Place half of the pie crust into a pie pan. To make it a little easier, put butter on your hand so the crust doesn’t get stuck.
Spread marshmallow cream on top of the crust.
Place chocolate pieces, mini-marshmallows, and pecans on top of the cream.
Drop flattend pieces of dough close together on top of pie.
Place in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for another 2 minutes.
Let the pie cool completely before you cut it.
