Set your stove to medium-high heat. Ready a nonstick skillet.
Add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to skillet.
Brown 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half crosswise) for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Once browned, transfer chicken to baking dish.
In the same skillet, add 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 can green chilies, and 8 ounces sour cream.
Add 1 package Rada Jalapeno Cheeseball Quick Mix with topping.
Mix ingredients together. Heat on low heat until smooth.
Once mixture is smooth, pour over chicken in pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top of chicken and mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
