One-Pot Stuffed Chicken Breast
An amazing chicken dinner is just a few minutes away with this One-Pot Stuffed Chicken recipe! Featuring juicy chicken breast and delicious cheese, this easy dish tastes phenomenal.
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3-4 chicken breasts, halved and pounded to 1/4″
- Sliced ham
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Cajun seasoning
- Sliced almonds, optional
- Ingredients you will need for sauce:
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. Greek yogurt
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 2 t. curry powder
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. Cajun seasoning
Season, cut, and pound chicken. Leave chicken halves connected.
Place asparagus, cheese, and ham inside chicken breast halves.
Secure halves with toothpicks.
Sear chicken on medium heat, approximately 7 minutes per side.
Combine sauce ingredients and top on cooked chicken. Serve and enjoy!
