One-Pot Stuffed Chicken Breast

An amazing chicken dinner is just a few minutes away with this One-Pot Stuffed Chicken recipe! Featuring juicy chicken breast and delicious cheese, this easy dish tastes phenomenal.


  • 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3-4 chicken breasts, halved and pounded to 1/4″
  • Sliced ham
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Sliced almonds, optional
  • Ingredients you will need for sauce:
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 t. curry powder
  • 2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. Cajun seasoning


  • Season, cut, and pound chicken. Leave chicken halves connected.
  • Place asparagus, cheese, and ham inside chicken breast halves.
  • Secure halves with toothpicks.
  • Sear chicken on medium heat, approximately 7 minutes per side.
  • Combine sauce ingredients and top on cooked chicken. Serve and enjoy!
