Easy Chicken Parmesan

No restaurant or great kitchen expertise is necessary for a delicious Italian meal at home. This Chicken Parmesan recipe utilizes our fantastic Quick Mix Marinara Sauce for a dinner that will have friends and family alike raving!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts 4-6 oz each
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 12 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, stir together 2 cups marinara sauce and 1 can petite diced tomatoes.
  • Add 1 can tomato paste.
  • Add 1 cup water to mix. Stir until well blended.
  • Bring out 4-6 boneless chicken breasts. Breasts should be 4-6 oz each. Cut chicken into smaller size if needed. The Rada Carver/Boner knife is designed specifically for this task.
  • Place 2 tablespoons olive oil on skillet cooking at medium-high heat.
  • In a 9″ x 13″ pan, pour marinara sauce. Spread, covering the entire bottom of pan.
  • Sear chicken, turning to ensure both sides receive heat. The Rada Granny Fork allows you to easily turn meats in the pan or on the grill.
  • Once adequately seared, place chicken in pan on top of marinara sauce.
  • Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Add 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is golden brown. While baking, prepare 1 lb linguine pasta.
  • After baking, remove pan from heat. Serve Chicken Parmesan over cooked linguine. Enjoy!
