Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 box corn muffin mix
  • 1 pkg. Rada Jalapeno Cheeseball and Topping Rada Quick Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, place Rada Jalapeno Cheeseball and Topping Quick Mix.
  • Add 1 cup thawed frozen corn, 2/3 cup milk, and 1 large egg.
  • Add 1 box corn muffin mix.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
