Take 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lbs. baby back pork ribs and cut in half, making two portions. Set your slow cooker on high.
Place the ribs inside the slow cooker while you prepare the sauce. If you’re using a large slow cooker, consider placing the ribs in a casserole dish and then placing that in the cooker.
Cover the slow cooker.
Dice 1/4 cup onion.
Place onion in mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 ketchup to onion.
Add 1/4 cup chili powder.
Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar.
Add 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
If desired, add a few drops of hot sauce.
Mix ingredients.
Remove cover and add sauce to ribs.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 7 to 9 hours. Serve
