Tuscan Bread Salad
Try this healthy, delicious Tuscan Salad along with your next meal. It’s a vibrant mixture of tasty vegetables topped with a delectable homemade dressing that your friends and family will love!
- 10 ripe plum tomatoes cut into 1″ chunks
- 2 cucumbers peeled and cut into 1″ chunks
- 1/2 red or white onion cut into 1/2″ chunks
- 1 5 ounce package seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine vegetables and seasoned croutons.
Toss.
In a small mixing bowl, place 1/2 cup olive oil.
Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Mix.
Pour dressing over salad. Toss.
Serve salad immediately. Enjoy!
