- 1/2 C. salsa
- 2 C. shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
- 6 eggs
- 1 C. sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1/2 cup salsa across the bottom of a 9″ pie plate.
Top salsa with 2 cups shredded Mexican four-cheese blend.
In a bowl, combine 6 eggs and 1 cup sour cream.
Pour egg mixture over the cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
