Ingredients
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 1 jar stuffed olives
- 1 jar Kalamata olives
- Cheese curds
- Sliced salami or pepperoni
- Grape tomatoes
- Black olives
- 2 packages fresh rosemary
- Banana peppers
- Bread, Italian or French
- Other foods of your choice
- Ingredients you will need for dipping oil:
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1-2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 2-3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 t. fresh chopped rosemary
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. dried basil
- 2 T. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- Chili pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Arrange foods on platter, leaving room in the center for dipping sauce.
- In a bowl, place dipping sauce ingredients.
- Combine.
- Slice Italian or French bread.
- Decorate platter with rosemary to form a wreath.
