Salted Nut Roll Bars

Looking for a quick but delicious recipe? These Salted Nut Roll Bars are incredible! They are so easy to whip up without heating up the oven and make for a great treat whether you’re headed to a get-together, contributing to a bake sale or fundraiser meal, or you’re just looking for an easy treat for your family to share and enjoy.


  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
  • 3 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salted or dry roasted peanuts, divided


  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips and marshmallows.
  •  Stir it all up.
  • Microwave for about 2 ½ minutes, stirring often, until melted.
  •  Spread half of the peanuts into a greased 9″ x 13” pan.
  • Spread marshmallow mixture over peanuts.
  • Top with remaining peanuts.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into bars. Store at room temperature.
