Salted Nut Roll Bars
Looking for a quick but delicious recipe? These Salted Nut Roll Bars are incredible! They are so easy to whip up without heating up the oven and make for a great treat whether you’re headed to a get-together, contributing to a bake sale or fundraiser meal, or you’re just looking for an easy treat for your family to share and enjoy.
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
- 3 C. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (16 oz.) jar salted or dry roasted peanuts, divided
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips and marshmallows.
Stir it all up.
Microwave for about 2 ½ minutes, stirring often, until melted.
Spread half of the peanuts into a greased 9″ x 13” pan.
Spread marshmallow mixture over peanuts.
Top with remaining peanuts.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into bars. Store at room temperature.
