Cook 1 package frozen waffle fries according to package directions.
In a bowl, combine 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 t. garlic powder, 1/2 t. onion powder, salt, pepper, 2 T. cold water, and 1 T. Worcester sauce.
Form the beef into patties roughly the size of the waffle fries. Indent in the middle of each patty with a spoon to ensure even cooking.
Cook patties on stovetop for 2 to 3 minutes each side.
To make special dipping sauce, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup chili sauce, 1 t. minced garlic, 3 T. chopped pickle, and 2 t. apple cider vinegar.
To make waffle fry sliders, start with a waffle fry on the bottom, then add a piece of lettuce, a slider patty, Colby-Jack cheese, an onion, and another waffle fry. Top with a cherry tomato half and spear together with a toothpick.
