- 2 lbs Fresh Green Beans trimmed & halved
- 6 strips Bacon
- 2 whole Shallots finely chopped

- ⅓ c Heavy Cream
- 1½ c Shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 2¼ tsp Chopped Fresh Marjoram optional
