2. Take Supporters' Orders
Supporters’ orders are recorded on our helpful Order Takers. Money for all orders should be collected by your specified deadline.
3. Promote Your Fundraiser
Use every opportunity to share your story. Print our free Fundraising Poster and hang in high-traffic areas, use newspapers and applicable newsletters to your advantage.
4. Place Your Order
Confirm that all orders and cash receipts are in balance. Then simply place your order online or by phone or mail.
5. Distribute the Products
Sorting and delivering orders is safe and easy! We place a protective sleeve on all our knife blades, and all items are sealed in a plastic bag with the item number and product name printed on the bag.

How it Works
For a simple fundraiser, this option is ideal. You can sell Vegetable Peelers or Regular Paring Knives in plastic tubes with rubber caps directly from our cardboard carrying cases. These are two of our best-selling items and are the only items available in tubes.

Your group will order items ahead of time and sell from that stock. Simply set up a table to display Rada products at events like church gatherings, craft shows, fairs, and festivals.
Event Sales allow customers to see and buy the products immediately, eliminating the need for delivery.

90-Day Return Policy
Any unsold merchandise (except food items) can be returned within 90 days of purchase, making Event Sales fundraisers low risk for your group.

Email-a-Friend
Our Email-a-Friend program is the easiest way to tell your supporters about your Online Fundraiser. Let us know who you want to contact, and we’ll do the rest, assuring that all supporters receive accurate information.
As an added perk, sellers will be notified when their supporters place orders, and leaders receive daily updates on all orders placed. Email-a-Friend can be found in the Dashboard Hub.

Online Sorted Order
Rada will individually pack orders per seller! This FREE service makes it easy to distribute orders. Enter orders online as often as you’d like and submit your group order when you’re ready ($20.00 minimum on group orders).
Online Non-Sorted Order
With a call to customer service, you can set up your online ordering account and password. Once set up, you can place your order by clicking the link shown below.Â
Mail-In Sorted Order
Here’s another way to utilize the Sorted Order Service. Just mail your Order Takers with payment any time your sales total is at least $1,000.00 and we’ll enter all the orders for you.

Return Policy
Please Call us at 1-800-311-9691Â within 90 days from date of purchase for return authorization on any Rada products. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products. As always, Rada Mfg. Co. will replace any products manufactured by our company returned to us due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Catalog Fundraising
Getting Started
How do we start our catalog fundrasier?
Simply order the number of catalogs and order forms you’ll need for your salespeople.
How much do we need to purchase to start our fundraiser?
No purchase is necessary. Once your group sells and collects money for orders, you’ll place your group order with Rada, paying for the product at that time.
Is there a time limit on how long we can run our fundraiser?
No. You decide when to start and how long you want to sell.
Do we have to use online fundraising or can we just sell using the catalog?
You can choose each option alone or both at the same time. The choice is yours!
Placing an Order
How often can we place a group order?
As often as you wish! The minimum order is only $20.00 of wholesale items purchased.
Payment & Charges
How do we get paid for our catalog sales?
You collect money when taking orders. Your supporters pay the price listed in the catalog and you pay the cost each price listed on the Order From (the difference is your 40% profit).
Do supporters pay shipping on their catalog orders?
Supporters are not charged for shipping; however, a $1.00 processing charge is added to each order to help offset the cost of shipping the group order.
Does Rada charge groups sales tax?
We do not charge fundraising groups state or federal taxes.

Getting Started
How do we start our online fundraiser?
Enter your information on the Online Fundraising Signup page. Once reviewed by customer service, you’ll receive an email with your unique online group store link.
Do you have images and information I can post on social media for our fundraiser?
Yes, you can find photos, form letters, videos and text samples on the Social Media Toolbox.
Tracking Progress
Will I know if someone places an order online?
You’ll be able to view online orders and payment history in your Leader Dashboard. You will also be notified by email every time an order is placed.
How can I track how many online orders each salesperson generates?
You will be able to create a personalized link for each salesperson. Each seller will share their own link, and you’ll be able to track sales by salesperson in the Leader Dashboard.
Shopping & Payments
How do supporters shop online on behalf of our group?
Supporters can order through your unique online group store link or by selecting your group’s name at www.RadaFundraising.com. Or you can choose to create personalized salesperson store links for each group member to share.
How do we get paid for our online sales?
A printable check made payable to your group will be emailed to you every month. Simply print the check and deposit it at your bank.

Will Rada sort my fundraising order by salesperson?
Yes! If you use our Sorted Orders service, you will receive your group order sorted by seller making it easy to distribute orders!
How do I get my customer number and password so I can order online?
Please call us at 1-800-311-9691 Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST.
How much do we have to order? Is there a minimum?
The minimum is only $20.00 for phone-in orders and orders placed online at SortedOrders.RadaMfg.com. The minimum for mail-in Sorted Orders is $1,000.
Sorted Orders
Do I have to fill out the Order Form if I’m placing a Sorted Order by mail?
You will only need to fill out the organization information, shipping information, and payment method for a Sorted Order.
Can I add to my Sorted Order once it’s submitted?
Unfortunately, we can’t add to a Sorted Order once it’s submitted, but you are welcome to place a new order if the total is $20.00 or more.

How long will it take to get our group order?
You will generally receive your order five to ten days after we receive the order with payment.
How can we assure delivery prior to Christmas?
You’ll receive your orders in time for Christmas delivery by following these general guidelines:
- School orders should arrive in our office nine business days before school dismisses for Christmas break.
- Sorted orders arrive in our office by December 11.
- Regular non-sorted orders arrive in our office by December 18. Â
Can I place more than one order?
Yes, you can, and we encourage you to keep your fundraiser open for a few weeks for any additional orders. After supporters have had a chance to try their Rada products, many will want to order more.Â
