One Pot Turkey Tetrazzini Video Recipe

One Pot Turkey Tetrazzini Video Transcript

Hi, welcome to Rada’s kitchen. My name is Kristy, and today I’m sharing a recipe book out of our book One Pot Pastas. You might be wondering what a one pot pasta is. They’re simple, delicious recipes where you make everything in one pot. You add the ingredients, liquids, and pasta. No pre-boiling, and make it all in one pan so you don’t have to wash a lot of dishes. I’m going to share a One Pot Turkey Tetrazzini.

We’ll go to the stove and look at our ingredients. First you need a 16 ounce package of mushrooms, and we’re going to quarter these. These are the Baby Bellas. Then next you’ll need a half cup of chopped black olives. I put them in a pile and chop with that same knife. Next you’ll need 2 to 3 cups of cooked turkey. This is some leftover turkey I have and you’ll want to cube that.

So that’s the only 3 ingredients you need to chop up and prepare, so lets go over to our one pot. To begin we’re going to melt ¼ cup butter in a pot. This is an unscratched pot so I’m going to use the Rada Non-Scratch Spoon. It’s safe with all those non-stick surfaces. It won’t scratch it. They’re made in the USA and have a Lifetime Guarantee. Now that the butter is melted we’re going to add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic. A teaspoon of salt. And 1/8th teaspoon of Cheyenne pepper. And we’re going to add those mushrooms. They’re going to cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Now we’re going to add 1 cup of white grape juice. We’re going to cook that for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I’m going to use this Rada Handi-stir. We’re going to whisk in 1/3 cup of flour and cook another minute and add 5 cups of chicken broth. Then we’re going to add a 16 ounce package of uncooked spaghetti noodles. You’re going to cook this for 8 minutes. We’re going to bring this to a boil. Once it reaches a boil we’re going to reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.

To the spaghetti we’re going to add and 8 ounce package of cream cheese that I cubed. If you want to cover the pan to get it melted faster you can do that. I’m going to stir it until it melts. Add 2 to 3 cups of that turkey and a cup and a half of frozen green peas and an 8 ounce can of roasted peppers that have been drained. And our half cup of chopped olives. This makes a good hearty meal for 8 people.

We’re going to add a cup of Romano cheese and a cup of Swiss cheese. And it’s ready to serve. So your Tetrazzini is ready. I top it off with a bit of Romano cheese and bacon bits for a little crunch. You can also add some fresh parsley. It’s a good meal that will serve 8 people. And that’s just one recipe in our One Pot Pasta Cookbook.
