Spinach Artichoke Pizza Recipe

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 package Rada Quick Mix Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered and drained
  • 1 cup spinach (julienned), tightly packed
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, julienned

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine 1 package Rada Quick mix Spinach Artichoke Dip and cream cheese.

Hi, it’s Kristi in the Rada Cutlery Kitchen, and today I want to show you how to make a spinach artichoke pizza. We’re going to use the Rada Spinach Artichoke Quick Mix!

First, preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Combine 1 packet Rada Spinach Artichoke Dip Quick Mix with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese. Spread the mixture over a prepared pizza crust. Top with 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup spinach, a 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts, a half cup of cherry tomatoes, and half of a red bell pepper. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
