Hi, Kristi in the Rada Kitchen, and I’m mixing up some Scampi Sauce. This is a Rada Quick Mix dip, one of my favorites. It’s a mix of roasted garlic and butter. It’s great over angel hair pasta, you can serve it with chicken and shrimp, and I made another video where I served it over spaghetti squash. It’s really easy to mix up in a pan. You add the sauce and a cup and a half of water and an optional half tablespoon of butter. I’m going to bring that to a boil and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
So after 3-5 minutes, it’s ready to serve, either by itself or along with shrimp and chicken. It’s rich and creamy and buttery. Just one of the Rada Quick Mix sauces.
