Get your party started with these outrageous Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs!

You won’t find a tastier party appetizer than this, or a better way to top your favorite pasta.

It’s a simple recipe with some wonderfully complex and classic flavors. Like any meatball, a simple ground beef mixture is the base of the recipe, along with the right combination of spices. Once the meatballs are rolled up, you then place a mozzarella cube in the center of each meatball, taking care to ensure the cheese is entirely covered. Then all that’s required is popping them in the oven.

You’ve had meatballs before, but certainly not like this, and never this tasty!

Hi, Kristi in the Rada Cutlery kitchen, today I want to show you how to make cheese-stuffed meatballs. These are a great appetizer, as a main dish, or to serve on top of your favorite pasta.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Make a mixture out of one pound of ground beef, three-fourth’s cup plain breadcrumbs, a half cup of water, two tablespoons of chopped, fresh parsley, one egg, one and a half teaspoons of garlic powder, and two teaspoons of Rada Barbecue Seasoning. Divide the mixture into fifteen to twenty meatballs.

Form each meatball around the half-inch mozzarella cube, making sure to completely cover the cheese. Place the meatballs in the baking pan and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes, or until no longer pink. Serve immediately.
