Hi, Kristy in the Rada kitchen, today I’m sharing a recipe for fudge sauce. It’s a perfect sauce to put over ice cream, of course, but it would also be a great sauce to put over fruits or pound cakes, too.

So, first we need to chop two squares of unsweetened chocolate. Now, to chop these squares I’m going to use this French Chef Knife. It’s a dry chocolate, so it breaks apart really easily. And we’ll add those to a large saucepan, and then we’ll go to the stove over low heat. We’ll add the rest of the ingredients.

So, on low heat you’re going to add that unsweetened chocolate and two cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, a cup of heavy cream, a dash of salt, a fourth cup of cold brewed coffee. Now, you’ll stir this constantly while you cook it, until it gets melted. So, once your fudge sauce is smooth and creamy, it’s ready to serve, it’s best if you serve it warm. It’s really good over ice cream, this is the Rada Ice Cream Scoop. Really works well on that really hard ice cream. And that’s yummy fudge sauce. It also makes a cute little gift to give people on any occasion.
