Hi, I’m Chef Ted, and I’m coming to you today from the Rada Cutlery kitchen. Today I’m going to make some Marshmallow Pops. We’re going to make them into edible Christmas ornaments.
What I’m going to do is melt down some chocolate chips. You can do this with a double boiler or an induction range. Using a double boiler, you have to be really careful to make sure no water splashes up into it, because it could set your chocolate up and ruin it.
Take the sticks that you can buy at any grocery store for cake pops, and then I take a regular-sized marshmallow, just stick them on there, and roll it through the chocolate. Try to get the chocolate all over it, because when area where air is exposed will turn hard. Then we coat it with sprinkles or whatever you want.
And there you have the Marshmallow Pops. You can take a twist tie and wrap it around there and hook it up to the Christmas tree and use them as edible ornaments as well. I hope you enjoy!
