Hi, my name is Kristy, I’m coming to you from the Rada Cutlery kitchen. I like sharing recipes that can easily be made at home. Today you’re going to want to say, “Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner,” because I have an easy chicken bake your family will love. It’s a casserole with a little crunch to it with some water chestnuts. I got this recipe out of a cookbook we offer called Are You Chicken in the Kitchen? It’s all recipes with boneless, skinless chicken breasts, they’re delicious, and there’s more than 112 of them.
So we’re going to make the easy chicken dinner bake. First you want to get 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or two whole breasts. You’re going to want to boil those. I do have a vieo that shows how to boil a chicken if you want to click up there.

Now, I have mine boiled, and the first thing I want to do is chop those up. I want to show you a unique way to do that when they’re hot and you don’t want to touch them with your fingers. I just got this chicken out of my boiling water. You don’t have to use fresh boiled chicken if you have some from a previous meal. You can cut this chicken with our Rada Food Chopper. You don’t have to touch the chicken. We just want to chop this into pieces. You can see how it slices through that hot chicken. Then you can take the Rada Granny Fork and just pull it into pieces.

Once you have all this chicken chopped we’re going to add this to a large bowl. Then you’ll add 1 onion, chopped. Again, I’m using another Rada product, this is probably one of our most used knives, it’s a Rada Cook’s Knife. It’s a smaller version of the Rada French Chef knife, it’s just smaller and easier to maneuver if you’re not a professional cook. We’re going to add that chopped onion to our bowl with the chicken. Now to this we’re going to add and 8 oz. can of sliced water chestnuts. This is going to give that dinner bake a nice crunch. It is really delicious, I love that little crunch, it’s creamy.

Now we’re going to add a 10.5 oz. can of cream of chicken soup. ¾’s cup crushed cornflakes, and a cup of mayonnaise. We’re just going to stir this all together. Meanwhile you’ll want to have your oven preheating to 350 degrees.

Once this is all combined you’re going to put it in a 9 x 13” casserole. I’m using the Rada Regular Baker to my 9 x 13”. I love this stoneware. You don’t have to season it. When you get the casserole out, it’s going to stay hot, because the stoneware retains heat to keep your food nice and hot. So when you go back for seconds it won’t be cold.

So you’ll just want to put that in your pan. Now, with ¼ cup remaining crushed cornflakes, just sprinkle that on top. And we’ll put this in the oven for an hour and it will be ready to eat.

Easy chicken dinner bake. Your family will think you spent hours in the kitchen when you actually made it up in about 15 minutes. It’s delicious with a salad or a baked potato. That’s one of our recipes in our cookbook titled Are You Chicken in the Kitchen?
