Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes Video
Ingredients you will need:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 T. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C. white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. low-fat cream cheese
- Olive oil
- Chives
- Salt and white pepper
Cut head of cauliflower into pieces. Boil or steam.
Drain and add garlic cloves.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Add low-fat cream cheese.
Add shredded white cheddar cheese.
Add salt, white pepper, and olive oil.
Blend together.
Chop parsley and add to blended mixture. Stir. Serve with more parsley on top and enjoy!
