Pizza Cookies Dessert Recipe| Cookie Candy Bar Pizza

Adults and kids alike will delight in chowing down on this pizza turned candy bar.It is an easy recipe where baking it will take much longer than putting it together! Also, if you are in need of getting rid of some excess candy, this is the dessert for you.

Candy Bar Cookie Pizza Recipe

Ingredients you will need:

2 pkg. ready-made chocolate chip cookie dough
6 T. peanut butter
1/2 C. chocolate chips
Assorted candy bars

Grab a baking sheet or a pizza stone and spread your cookie dough out on it. Kristy used the Rada Baking Stone.

Place your cookie dough in the oven and follow the direction for baking that are on the box.

Chop up your assorted candy bars and place into a bowl.

Kristy used the Rada Food Chopper with a serrated edge to make the job really easy.

As soon as the cookie comes out of the oven, sprinkle your chocolate chips and peanut butter onto the cookie.

When the chocolate chips have a “wet” look to them, then you can use something like the Rada Super Spreader to spread them around the cookie.

Sprinkle the candy bar pieces over the peanut butter and chocolate chip “sauce” mixture.

Now you just need to cut up the pizza in whatever way you choose and serve it up!
