7-Layer Greek Dip Recipe

  • 8 oz. hummus
  • 1 C. fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 t. fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 t. red onion, minced
  • 1 C. English cucumber, 1/2-inch dice
  • 1 C. Roma tomato, seeded, 1/2-inch dice
  • 1/4 C. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 C. Kalamata olives, sliced

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Hi, Kristi in the Rada Cutlery kitchen, and today I want to show you how to make a 7-Layer Greek Dip.

In a small bowl, combine 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped dill, half a lemon’s worth of lemon juice, a pinch of kosher salt, and some freshly ground black pepper. In an 7 x 8 or 7 x 11 dish, layer 8 ounces of hummus, the yogurt mixture, 2 tablespoons of red onion, 1 cup chopped cucumber, 1 cup of Roma tomatoes, ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese, and ¼ cup sliced Kalamata olives.
