Rada Mfg. Co. has provided a selling opportunity to enterprising individuals and small businesses for most of our company’s history. Please find below an introduction to our Resellers Program:

1. Purchase Rada Cutlery products (kitchen knives, utensils, gift sets, stoneware, quick mixes, soy wax candles and recipe books) directly from the Rada Mfg. Co.
   1. A Sales Tax ID is required to set up your account.
   2. Your minimum order is only $75. No sales quotas, no returns, payment with order.
   3. You set your own prices according to your overhead costs or use the prices provided in the Rada Home Parties catalog.
   4. Most orders ship from our facility within two working days of receiving it.
   5. Low shipping costs. No drop shipping.
   6. Sales Boosters are available to assist your sales efforts.
   7. Annual Purchase Volume Discount program.
2. Sell Rada Cutlery products choosing one or more of the options that best meet your situation.
   1. Catalog Sales – This basic option allows you to collect orders by showing the catalog to friends, family and acquaintances.
   2. Home Parties - A somewhat more involved option provides you the potential to make multiple sales at a time. You can quickly plug into the Rada Home Parties system of materials available to you. Successful home party sellers use each party to book new parties. Please note our program does not include recruiting others, down-line commissions, etc.
   3. Fairs, Festivals and Shows – Many Resellers seek out venues at high traffic events to display and sell Rada Cutlery from tables. Note that this option requires a commitment to purchasing some inventory and booking events. Many hundreds of Resellers choose to sell at events, often building clientele at events over many years. What events do you have in your area where large groups of people gather providing you the opportunity to sell Rada Cutlery?
   4. Shops & Stores – Rada Cutlery is sold in many small gift shops, stores, boutiques, bakeries, antique malls, hardware stores, restaurants, and many others. Rada Cutlery products offer an opportunity for repeat sales as people add to their collection and gift sales. Also, Rada Cutlery is ideal for smaller retailers because it is not sold by big box retailers.
   5. Internet – Web savvy Resellers have found numerous opportunities for selling Rada Cutlery. Often these sales are an extension of one of the other options because it requires carrying inventory since Rada Mfg. Co. does not drop ship.
   6. NOT Fundraising – Resellers are not allowed to sell to non-profit groups as fundraisers have always worked directly with Rada Mfg. Co. Independent Sellers do benefit from the reputation and reach our fundraising program provides in introducing new people to Rada Cutlery every year.
3. Request the information you need to get started as an Independent Seller of Rada Cutlery (also referred to as Home Sales or Resellers). You will receive:
   1. Reseller Catalog – 32 pages, full color, 8.5” by 11”, price bullets for you to write in your prices if you desire (or you can develop a price list) (download PDF)
   2. Home Party Catalog – 32 pages, full color, 5.5” by 8.5”, prices included (same as Rada Kitchen Store) (download PDF)
   3. Order Form – Wholesale price list used when mailing in orders. Upon verification of your Sales Tax ID and the setting up your customer account, you can also submit orders via phone, fax or internet (requires web id set up).
