Hi, Kristy in the Rada kitchen, and today I’m going to make a no-bake cheesecake. It’s very simple, it uses the Rada Quick Mix Sweet Dip. We have the Vanilla Latte, which I’m going to use today. You can also use our Key Lime, or White Chocolate Raspberry, or our island coconut. All you need is an 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese, a half cup sour cream, a cup of whipped topping, and an 8” graham cracker crust, plain or chocolate. And then, of course, one of the Rada Quick Mix Sweet Dips. Let’s get started!

We’re going to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then add our half cup of sour cream. And then our package of Rada Quick Mix Sweet Dip. And blend that together.

We have those all blended, then we add our cup of whipped topping. You’re just going to fold this in, you’re not going to use the mixer. Once you have the whipped topping folded in, you’re just going to spread it into that graham cracker crust. So now you’ll want to refrigerate this for an hour. I’m going to garnish this with chocolate curls. You can just take this Rada Vegetable Peeler and this is just chocolate almond bark.

So refrigerate one hour before serving. You’ll want to cover it. And that’s the no-bake cheesecake using the Rada Quick Mix Sweet Dips. Visit our webpage for more recipes at!
