Ingredients you will need:
- 1 pkg. tortellini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 t. red pepper flake
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 t. oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 C. fresh basil leaves
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella
Add tortellini to boiling water.
Slice garlic.
Cut grape tomatoes.
In a pan, saute olive oil and red pepper flake.
Add grape tomatoes.
Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stir and cook.
Add basil leaves and stir again.
Add mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
