Great question! For Home Parties, there is a place on the Order Taker for you to ask Guests to pay a portion of that cost. You will likely find that $2 or $3 per Guest will likely cover the shipping cost for the entire order (more is needed for Canadian Resellers).

For Independent Sales, you will either need to figure that cost into your pricing or determine how much extra each order needs to pay. You will quickly develop a strategy for covering the shipping charges.
