Hi, Kristy in the Rada kitchen, today I’m making Spicy Pretzels. Now, I ran across these at a couple parties, I’d pick up a pretzel and they’d have that nice, hot, spicy taste. If you like that, you’ll love this recipe. It’s out of our Picnics, Potlucks & BBQs cookbook. It’s super simple, only 3 or 4 ingredients, so let’s mix them up.

So, to make our Spicy Pretzels you’re going to need a cup of vegetable oil, a 1 ounce package of ranch dressing mix, a teaspoon of garlic salt, a teaspoon of Cheyenne pepper, and you’re going to mix those up until they’re blended. This is the Rada Handi-Stir. Love it, love it. Use it all the time. You can actually sell these Rada products as fundraisers, you make 40% off all your sales. They’re really easy to sell, it’s a recognized name. Most of these individual items are under $10. They’re affordable and usable.

Now, in a roasting pan or baking dish, I’m going to use this Rada stoneware, you’re going to have a 20 ounce bag of round, mini pretzels. Now we’re just going to pour our mixture, keep stirring it so they get evenly distributed. Then just stir so they all get coated. And then we’re going to roast these in a 200 degree oven and you’re going to stir them every 20 minutes for 2 hours.

Spicy pretzels, perfect for any picnic or barbecue. You might want to put a note on there that they’re hot, though! That’s just one of the recipes in our Picnics, Potlucks & BBQs recipe book.
