Hi, Jess in the Rada Kitchen, thanks for joining me today. We are going to be making Waffle Fry Sliders.
Here I have a package of waffle fries with my Rada baking stone and I’m going to put these into a preheated oven. You’re going to cook them according to package directions.

Here I have just a little over a pound of ground chuck. I’m going to add a few tablespoons of cold water, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper, and Worcester sauce. I’ll combine with my Rada Mixing Spatula until all of that liquid is incorporated into the meat. Now we’ll form our patties. I’m going to take a scoop of our ground chuck and form a patty to about the size of our waffle fries. I’ll place on our plate and with a spoon make a small indentation in our meat.

Now we’re going to halve our cherry tomatoes with our Rada Tomato Slicer. Here we have a red onion and with the Rada Cook’s Utility Knife we’re just going to thinly slice. Now for our green leaf lettuce I just want a few uniform pieces.

Taking our burgers, we’re going to cook them about 2 to 3 minutes per side right on the grill pan. Using my Rada Non-Scratch Spatula, we’ll flip these and allow them to cook another 2 minutes.
I’ve cooked these to about medium-rare, but you do so to your preference. I’m going to get these plated and we’ll assemble with our waffle fries.

Now we’re going to make our special slider sauce. To half a cup of mayonnaise we add minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill pickle, and chili sauce. I’m going to give that a whisk with the Rada Handi-Stir.

First, we do the waffle fry, a tiny piece of lettuce, the burger, a pickle spear, a slice of onion, one more waffle fry, a tomato half, and put a toothpick through it to hold it all together.
So here we have our Waffle Fry Sliders with our special slider sauce. Be sure to check us out at RadaCutlery.com and to subscribe to our YouTube channel!
