Pumpkin & Caramel Cheesecake Dip Video Recipe

Hi there, Jess in the Rada Kitchen, thanks for joining us. The pumpkin spice craze has hit us at Rada, so today we’re going to make a salted caramel pumpkin cheesecake dip. It’s delicious and you don’t even have to turn on your oven. We’re going to start by combining a handful of ingredients.

So here I have 2 packages of cream cheese and I’m going to add 1 cup of pumpkin puree. And to that about a tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice. 2 cups of powdered sugar. And about ¼ cup of sour cream. And let’s give that a whirl.

You can get a variety of apples. I have some honey crisp and Granny Smith here. With my Rada Heavy Duty Paring knife I’m just going to cut down the middle and slice some strips. And onto my Granny Smith.

So I let our dip chill for a little bit while we were slicing up our apples and getting our graham crackers set up. So now I’m going to spoon this into our cute little cast iron pot. We’re not going to bake it, this is purely for looks before we top it with our salted caramel sauce and our walnuts.

Alright, now for our salted caramel topping. If you have a good homemade recipe, go ahead and use that. I’m cheating, I’m using one of my favorite store-bought kinds, and I’m going to be super generous here. Yum. And we’re going to top this off with some candied walnuts. You can use pecans, almonds, whatever you prefer.

So just a handful of ingredients, we have this delicious pot of goodness. We’re serving this alongside pretzels, cinnamon and sugar graham crackers, and, of course, a variety of apples. Thanks so much for joining us today. Be sure to check us out at RadaCutlery.com, and to subscribe to our YouTube channel, where you can get more great recipes just like this one.
