Prosciutto Wraps Video Transcript

Hi, I’m Chef Ted, and I’m here in the Rada Cutlery kitchen. Today I’m going to show you how to make a real quick and easy hors d’oeuvre any event. It is a prosciutto arugula wrap.

You want to use a smoked cheese. This is a smoked Swiss, you can make a smoked Gouda. I’m using the Rada Cheese Knife that makes no work of it at all. And you want to cut them into thin strips about like so. I’m just going to use some prosciutto that you can get at most grocery stores. Just take a little bit of the smoked cheese. I’ve got a blend here, it’s baby kale with baby spinach in it. I like using arugula. All you do is put those in like that. And start rolling it up.

Take a couple of the frill picks and stab them in like so. Take a knife and slice it at an angle. I like to take a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, a little bit of minced garlic, mostly just the juice, a little bit of season salt.

Just drizzle a little bit of the olive oil on top of it. There you have the prosciutto arugula smoked cheese wrap.
