Oven Baked Potato Wedges Video Transcript

Hi, Kristy in the Rada kitchen, and today we’re going to make Oven Baked Potato Wedges. This is using Rada’s new Burger & Fry Seasoning, we just introduced this and we have some new marinades and barbecue seasonings. This is great on burgers and fries, it’s a mix of salt and seasonings. But it’s also good on chicken and pork and vegetables like I’m going to make today.

The first thing you want to do is preheat your oven to 450 degrees and we’re going to set our baking pan, or, in this case, the Rada stoneware baker pizza pan, and we’re going to put that in the hot oven to get this heated up and we’ll come back and cut the potatoes. So what you need is three large potatoes, you’re going to cut them in half and then once you cut them in half you’re going to cut them into four quarters. This is the Rada Stubby Butcher knife, it’s really handy to cut up large vegetables like this potato, as well as to strip or slice meats. Once you have your potatoes all sliced we’re going to place them in a large bowl and then we’re going to pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over them. We’re going to lightly toss that. And now we’re going to add about 2 teaspoons of the Burger & Fry Seasoning. I personally just mix it and see how it looks, I like a lot of seasoning on mine.

Alright, now we’re going to get that hot pan out of the oven. I removed that baking tray from the oven, and it’s nice and steamy. If you’re using metal you’ll want to spray cooking spray on it. The Rada stoneware you don’t need to preseason. We’re just going to lay these potato wedges on a single layer. We’re going to put them back in that 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then we’re going to turn them and bake them another 15 minutes.

So the potato wedges are done. They’re delicious with the Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning. It’s great with all kinds of dishes, like poultry, pork, and vegetables.
