Hi, Kristi at the Rada kitchen. Today I’m going to make a smoothie using our quick mix key-lime sweet dip. This sweet dip is really good with vanilla cookies, fruit – it’s also a good fruit dip, recipes to make it into a key-lime cheese ball, or a cheesecake. Today I’m going to make a smoothie.

The ingredients you will need is a cup of plain yogurt, a cup of frozen whipped topping, 1/4 cup of orange or pineapple juice, a cup of ice, 3 tablespoons of the key-lime sweet dip, 4 to 5 strawberries, and a banana.

To stem the strawberries, I’m going to use the Rada Regular Paring knife. You want to cut these up into your blender. This paring knife is our all-time best seller. We’ve sold millions of them since 1948. It was the first knife that Rada started selling. They’re 100% made in the U.S.A. They carry a lifetime guarantee, it’s a very economically priced, high quality knife.

It cuts strawberries, it cuts bananas, it cuts all kinds of fruits and vegetables, meats. To that, we’ll just put all the ingredients; the yogurt, whipped topping, and orange juice. I like to blend these ingredients before I add the ice. Then I’m going to add the ice and put it on “ice crush”.

Along with the ice, I will add the 3 tablespoons of the key-lime Rada quick mix. Once you have all of that well blended, it’s ready to serve. That’s a Floridian smoothie using the Rada quick mix key-lime dip.
