Hi, Kristy in the Rada kitchen, and today I’d like to share a recipe I got out of our Oodles & Oodles of Ramen Noodles cookbook. This cookbook is filled with over 120 recipes which take the ordinary broth and noodle to side dishes, main dishes, salad, soups, snacks, and sweets. Today I’d like to make the Italian Noodle Bowl for you.

There are very few ingredients. All you need is 2 packages of ramen noodles, any flavor, 2 tablespoons of Italian salad dressing or more if you like that taste, a little salt, a fourth cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and one and a half tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Now, over on the stove I have 4 cups of water brought to a boil.

So we’re going to remove the seasoning packet. You can reserve it for later use or discard it. We’re going to break up our noodles over this boiling water and we’re going to boil for 3 minutes. After it boils you want to drain really well and return to the saucepan. Now I’m going to add the Italian dressing and a little bit of salt. I’m stirring it in really well. Then you want to put it in a bowl.

Then you’ll want to sprinkle a fourth cup of mozzarella cheese and a tablespoon and a half of grated parmesan. Let that sit and let the cheese melt. Yummy Italian Noodle Bowl, just one recipe from our Oodles & Oodles of Ramen Noodles cookbook. It’s a great gift for a high school graduate going off to college or anyone who wants to make a quick, easy meal with ramen noodles. Also, if you’re in high school or college and want to raise some funds for your group, your club, a sports team, all the Rada products can be sold for a 40% profit.
