Hi, Kristy at the Rada Kitchen. Today I’m making garlic Parmesan spread. We’ll use the Rada Quick Mix Scampi Sauce. This will be something you can make ahead and you can put it in the freezer and get it out when you need it. It’s great for sauteed vegetables, to use it on corn on the cob, rice or pasta dishes, or to make garlic Parmesan bread.

What you’ll need is one stick or half cup of softened butter or margarine, two teaspoons of garlic scampi sauce, two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, and plastic wrap. To this butter, we’re going to add two teaspoons of the Rada Scampi sauce and the two tablespoons of the grated Parmesan cheese.

Then you’ll just mix that all together. You can make several servings of this with your scampi sauce mix, because you’re only using two teaspoons.

Now you’ll take some plastic wrap and you’re going to spoon the butter mixture into that. Then fold the plastic wrap around it, kind of make it into however thick you want it. Then you’ll just twist the ends. Then all you do is put it in the freezer until you need it.

Hi, Kristy at the Rada Kitchen. Today I’m making garlic Parmesan bread. I’m using a garlic Parmesan spread I made with the Rada Scampi Sauce. It’s just two teaspoons of the scampi sauce, two tablespoons of the grated Parmesan cheese, mix with a half cup of softened butter or margarine.

I’m going to cut the bread with the Rada 10-inch Bread Slicer. This will easily cut warm bread, French bread, hoagie buns. Then I’m going to spread the garlic Parmesan spread on with the Rada Super Spreader. This garlic Parmesan spread, you can use it on sauteed vegetables, corn on the cob–it’s really easy to make. So you’re going to put this under the broiler on a low setting until it’s golden brown, probably about 10 minutes. Now if you don’t want to use it all, you can freeze the bread and you can also freeze the garlic Parmesan spread. So we’ll come back to see how it looks.

So our garlic Parmesan bread is done. It’s delicious, it’d be great to serve with our chicken piccata recipe that I make on another video. Check out all our recipes at RadaQuickMixRecipes.com.
