Hi, I’m Kristy in the Rada Cutlery kitchen. Today I’m making a creamsicle smoothie. This is one of the recipes from our 101 Recipes with Bananas cookbook. It’s really easy. You only need 4 healthy, fresh ingredients, no sugar added, it’s all natural. You need a cup of fresh strawberries.
I’m using the famous Rada Regular Paring knife to stem those. We’ve sold millions of these knives, we’ve been making them since 1948. You can also sell them to make money for a club, team, school, or church group.

There’s nothing like fresh squeezed orange juice. No added sugar, it’s not from concentrate. You can probably find one of these in a thrift shop. So you’ll need a cup of this fresh orange juice. With smaller oranges you get about ¼ cup juice out of it. Then you need 2 bananas. And we’re going to add all this to a blender.

So to our blender we’re going to add 2 bananas and our cup of fresh-cut strawberries, our cup of fresh squeezed orange juice, then I’m going to add some Greek vanilla yogurt. I put it in the freezer because I like a nice, cold smoothie. Now we’ll blend it until smooth.

And that’s it! It’s ready to serve. I like to put it in this cute little mason jar with a cute little straw. And that’s the creamsicle smoothie from our 101 Recipes with Bananas.
