This offbeat ice cream sandwich combines chocolate chip cookies, our wonderful Rada Cookie Dough Sweet Dip, and tasty chocolate chips for a tasty snack that everyone will love!
Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cookies
You will need:
- 1 package Rada Cookie Dough Sweet Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 chocolate chip cookies
- Mini-chocolate chips (if desired)
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 package Rada Cookie Dough Sweet Dip and 8 ounces cream cheese
Stir thoroughly until Rada Cookie Dough Sweet Dip is completely incorporated into the cream cheese.
Place 6 chocolate chip cookies flat-side up. Spread the cream cheese and sweet dip mixture across the flat side of the cookie.
Once mixture is spread, place another cookie on top.
If desired, sprinkle mini-chocolate chips alongside the ice cream.
Wrap the cookie sandwiches individually in bags. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy!

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Transcript
Hi, Kristy in the Rada kitchen, today I want to share a recipe for Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cookies. They’re little cookie sandwiches. We’re going to put the Rada Cookie Dough Quick Mix in them and then freeze them. It takes very few ingredients. You just need an 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese and a package of Rada Cookie Dough Sweet Dip.
So put your cream cheese in a bowl, add the Cookie Dough Sweet Dip, and we’re going to mix the dip into the cream cheese. I’m using the Rada Ice Cream Scoop, it’s a durable, heavy-duty tool. It’s good on hard, frozen ice cream out of the freezer, you don’t have to wait for it to soften. You just want to incorporate all that dry mix into the cream cheese. Now we’re ready, we have a batch of chocolate chip cookies. It’s your choice, you can buy some already made or make your own. You need 12 of those.
You’re going to take 6 chocolate chip cookies with the tops down and we’re going to add our quick mix dip. All these Rada products are available as fundraisers, so if you have a church, school, or club, any non-profit organization that wants to raise money for their cause.
Once you have that evenly spread, just top it with another cookie. If you want to you can sprinkle some mini chocolate chips around the edge for decorative purposes. You’ll want to individually wrap these, I’m just going to use a sandwich bag. Then you place them in the freezer for about two hours.
