Ingredients you will need:
- 2 cups chopped watermelon
- ¼ cup fat-free milk
- 2 cups ice
Start by pouring your chopped watermelon into the mixer.
Add the milk and ice.
Start the blender and blend to your own preferred thickness.

Hi Kristy in the Rada Kitchen and I just did a video on how to slice up a watermelon, so now I have some watermelon and I am going to make a watermelon smoothie, a delicious summertime treat and its healthy for you.
In a blender you’ll combine two cups of chopped watermelon and a ¼ cup of fat-free milk, we’re gonna blend this for 15 seconds. And now we’ll add two cups of ice and we’re gonna blend that for 20 seconds. And now you’re watermelon smoothie is ready to serve. You’ll get three servings and it’s a delicious low fat summertime treat.
