1. Almost all of our quick mix dips start out with cream cheese and sour cream added in first. There are a few exceptions, like our Garden Fresh Salsa that only calls for diced tomatoes and our Buffalo Chicken Dip that calls for a can of chicken, but these are still easy products to find and add in. The package will tell you exactly how much of each ingredient to add.

2. Toss in our Quick Mix.

3. Mix it all up!

4. Voila! You now have a cracker dip that took only minutes to prepare. Check out Kristy’s video below for step-by-step instructions.

At the Rada Quick Mix Recipes site, you’ll find tons of great recipes to create using your Rada Quick Mixes. For the Cucumber Dill Dip alone there’s a Cucumber Onion Dill Cheeseball, Creamy Cucumber Onion Dill Dressing, Cucumber Onion Dill Grilling Sauce, and Baked Crab Dip.

The recipe below is made from Chipotle Dip.

Chipotle Tortilla Wraps Recipe

What you will need:

1 Chipotle Dip Mix, prepared as directed (8 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. sour cream)
6 large tortillas
1 ½ lbs. thinly sliced Ham, Turkey and Beef
Leaf lettuce as needed
2 large tomatoes, sliced thin
1 bunch green onions, whites removed and sliced in half
12 slices of cheese (Pepper Jack, Colby Jack, Etc.)

Lay 6 tortillas out on a clean work area. Spread prepared Chipotle Quick Mix onto tortillas. Evenly distribute ingredients onto tortillas being sure to cover entire tortilla. Video Transcript:

Hi, Kristy at the Rada test kitchen and I want to show you how easy it is to make our quick mixes. These are the vegetable, crackers dips. Our best seller is the Cucumber, Onion, Dill Dip and that’s the one I am going to make today. That’s delicious with vegetables or crackers, the Chipotle one is good with tortilla chips. They’re easy, they’re just 8 ounces of cream cheese and 8 ounces of sour cream and 1/4 cup water. So first you take 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 8 ounces of sour cream, if you want to make it healthy you can use fat free or or low-fat sour cream. I am going to mix these with the Rada Handi-Stir. Then you are going to add a 1/4 cup water and the dry quick mix. And that is the Cucumber, Onion, Dill. It has little bits of dill and garlic, it has onion. Once this is creamy and smooth, pour it in a bowl and then you are going to put it in the refrigerator for about an hour. It’s a quick, easy appetizer from Rada.

End of Transcript.

I was wondering if anyone else has reported an allergic reaction to the Buffalo Wing Dip? I ate some and loved it!! However, later that night I had an allergic reaction. Not knowing it was the dip, I had some more 2 days later. The same thing occured. After investigating the matter, I discovered the product has blue cheese in it. I have NEVER eaten blue cheese. It just so happens that blue cheese is made with penicillin. I have been allergic to penicillin my entire life. I would not want anyone else to experience that. Should there be a penicillin allergy alert on the package?

    • Rada Cutlery says:

Laura – Thank you for your note and sharing your experience. We have never had any feedback of an experience similar to yours. We will investigate further and appreciate your bringing it to our attention.
