Easy Chicken Parmesan Video Recipe

Hi, Kristy in the Rada kitchen, today I’m making a recipe using our Quick Mix Marinara Sauce. It’s delicious Chicken Parmesan. First, we’re going to mix it, then make the chicken and all the fixings.

So with this marinara sauce all you need is the mix, a 14.5 ounce can of petite diced tomatoes, a 12 ounce can of tomato paste, and then 2 cups of water. We’re just going to mix those all together until they’re well blended.

Now for the chicken you need 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts. You need them 4 to 6 ounces each. At this store they have really large chicken breast. I like to cut these into medallions, I prefer smaller cuts of chicken. This Rada Carver/Boner knife is flexible so it easily fillets that breast for you.

Now we’re going to go to the stove, we’re going to need 2 tablespoons of oil, and we’re going to sear 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Now in a skillet, we’re going to heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil. You’re going to sear these chicken breasts on each side about 2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, you’ll want to have your oven pre-heated to about 350 degrees. In a 9 x 13 pan, I’m going to pour that marinara sauce to cover the bottom.

To turn this chicken I’m using the Rada Granny Fork. It’s really sharp and has three tines. Easily turns the meat in the pan. It’s great with any kinds of meats, and I even use it on the grill. They’re 100% made in the USA and have a Lifetime Guarantee. They’re really a high quality product at an economical price. If you’re interested in fundraising, Rada offers their items for sale, and sellers make a 40% profit. They’re great items that everyone can use.

Now we’re going to place that chicken on top of our marinara sauce. When you sear it it’s not going to cook the chicken, you’re just sealing in the juices. Now we’re going to add a cup of Parmesan cheese. Then add 3 cups of shredded mozzarella. I’m going to place this in the 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese gets golden brown.

While that’s in the oven I’m going to make some linguini and it should all be done at about the same time. Parmesan Chicken best served with linguini. That’s one recipe you can make with the Rada Quick Mix Marinara Sauce.
