Cream Cheese Strawberry Santa Treats Video Recipe

Cream Cheese Santas Video Transcript

Hi, I’m Chef Ted, I’m here today at the Rada Cutlery kitchen, and we are going to make mascarpone cheese and strawberry Santa Claus treats. We’re going to take 8 ounces of mascarpone cheese which is an Italian-style cream cheese. We got it softened up to room temperature. Add a cup of powdered sugar. Add a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.

Then I’m going to mix the pure vanilla in with the cream cheese. I’m going to add a cup of powdered sugar. I’m going to take an inexpensive pastry bag that you can get at your supermarket. I’m going to take a Rada Party Spreader and load a bit in here. I’m not putting it all in because there’s other places to use this in the recipe.

We’re going to cut the stems off the strawberries. Now that I’ve got all the greens cut from the strawberries, I’m going to take the knife and cut just a little of the top off like so. Then I’m going to take the Party Spreader with a little of the mascarpone cheese and put it on there like that. Then we’re going to take 2 miniature chocolate chips.

There you have the Strawberry Mascarpone Santa Claus.
