Ingredients you will need:
- 2 pkg. ready-made chocolate chip cookie dough
- 6 T. peanut butter
- 1/2 C. chocolate chips

Grab a baking sheet or a pizza stone and spread your cookie dough out on it. Kristy used the Rada Baking Stone.
Place your cookie dough in the oven and follow the direction for baking that are on the box.
Chop up your assorted candy bars and place into a bowl.
Kristy used the Rada Food Chopper with a serrated edge to make the job really easy.
As soon as the cookie comes out of the oven, sprinkle your chocolate chips and peanut butter onto the cookie.
When the chocolate chips have a “wet” look to them, then you can use something like the Rada Super Spreader to spread them around the cookie.

Hi! Kristy in the Rada Kitchen. Today I am making a recipe out of our Peanut Butter cookbook. It is 101 recipes that use peanut butter and I’m going to make candy bar pizza. It’s kind of an unusual dessert. A good way to use up some leftover Halloween candy. It’s a great treat for kids on a birthday party or a slumber party.
So the first thing you need is two packages of chocolate chip cookie dough and I’m going to press this out, I’m going to use the Rada Stoneware Baking Sheet or Pizza Stone. You could also put parchment paper underneath. And this is a boughten mix, so you’re just going to follow the instructions on the package. This one said to bake it at 350 for 10-15 minutes. So once you get the cookie to the size you want it, you can pop it in the oven.
So while my cookie crust is baking, I’m going to chop up some candy bars. It can be any variety. And I’m going to chop those up using the Rada Food Chopper. The kids could even have fun chopping these up, too. It’s not super sharp but it is sharp enough to chop up this. You could chop up celery and onions. We also have one that has teeth on it, a serrated one. It works to cut out cookies. So you just want to chop these up as small or large as you want the pieces.
So I’ve just taken my cookie pizza out of the oven, it is still hot. I’m just going to sprinkle a ½ a cup of chocolate chips on the top. Then I’m going to dab 6 tablespoons of peanut butter on the top. Now once the chocolate chips turn shiny, we’re going to smooth them out with this Rada Super Spreader. Once you’ve spread the peanut butter and chocolate chips you can sprinkle on your chopped candy bars.
Yum! That is a candy bar pizza. You go ahead and cut it like a pizza with the pizza cutter, serve it with a pie server, and everybody will love having a piece of your candy bar pizza. That is one of the recipes in our Peanut Butter cookbook.
