Hi, Kristi in the Rada Kitchen. Today I’m making bacon cheeseburger casserole using our Bacon Cheddar Dip. You need a pound of ground beef, a 10.75 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 cup milk, a package of the bacon cheddar quick mix, 8 ounces of cream cheese cut into pieces, and approximately a pound of potato puffs.

So we’re going to go to the stove and brown our ground beef then add all the other ingredients. At the stove, I’m going to brown the ground beef in a skillet and I’m preheating the oven to 400 degrees. So we’re going to brown the hamburger and drain it. Then we’ll come back and put in the other ingredients.

To my browned hamburger, I’m going to add cream of mushroom soup. You’re going to put this on medium heat. Add 3/4 cup of milk.

So my milk and my soup is well combined, so I’ll add a package of bacon cheddar dip and the cream cheese. So we’ll cook and stir this until the cream cheese melts.

When your cream cheese is all melted, you’ll put it in an 8×8 casserole. I’m using the Rada Stoneware 8×8. I’m not going to grease it, because you don’t have to, but if you have a metal pan or a glass pan you’ll want to grease that first.

This is why I like Rada spoons because they’re flat on the bottom so you can easily scrape the bottom of your pans. Now we’ll add our tater tots. You’ll put a single layer of the potato puffs and you’ll put them in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

So our bacon cheeseburger casserole is baked for 30 minutes. You’ll want to let it sit for about 10. Then it’s ready to be served. It’s a complete meal with a tossed salad.
